What kind of paper do you use?

We print on premium 200 gsm matte paper thick, smooth, and glare-free, giving your prints a bold, high-quality finish.

Are your prints framed or unframed?

Both options are available. Each product page clearly states if the item is framed or unframed.

What sizes do you offer?

Our prints come in 5 versatile sizes. Size options and dimensions are listed on each product page.

Can I customise a design?

Not right now, but we’re always open to ideas! Feel free to message us with suggestions.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are:

• UK: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• USA & Canada: 3–9 business days
• Rest of World: 5–10 business days

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

 

 

Returns & Replacements

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

All of our items are made to order, so we don’t accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choices (e.g. size or colour).

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email support@snarprints.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll sort it with a replacement, no returns needed.

We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

Is your checkout secure?
